think about IT is based in Nantwich, Cheshire. Formed in 2003 as Paul O'Brien Limited, we have provided IT Support Services to both Business and Home Users across the North West since this date.

To further complement our service and support, we opened our first retail store in June 2005 - providing a direct point of contact for our customers, and allowing us to further meet their needs. At this point we added the trading name of 'think about IT' primarily as our retail presence - however the name was so popular, we adopted it as the name for our whole operation!

In 2008, we relocated both the retail and office premises to one location - this allowed us to centralise our operation in one place, providing a better overall service for our clients.

Today, we provide services and support solutions to some 140 business clients, and numerous private clients. Using our unique approach to customer service, and our dedication to achieving the required results, many of these clients have been with the company since inception.

What We Do

Our mission objective is to be a First Choice Supplier for Information and Communication Technology Products and Solutions. To offer a Customer Support Service which is second to none, and to effectively reduce the Total Cost of Ownership for our Clients.
