Crewe Women's Aid benefits from replacement of aged and inadequate phone systems. Stage one of the 3CX installation at Crewe Women's Aid has already shown marked improvments over the previous phone system - after only 1 day! The previous system relied on DDI's for calls between the two sites. The new 3CX system uses the internet to bridge the two sites, so that calls between the sites are free!! This also allows calls to either site to be handled by each other - with better call handling for service users.

Drainage Contractor replaces Samsung Telephone System After an emergency callout to resolve a problem with a Samsung phone system previously installed by us 13 years ago - McFour Ltd decided it was time to replace the aging system. Over a 3 day period we radically upgraded the network infrastructure - consolidating all network equipment to one location. We then proceeded to install a multi handset 3CX phone system. The installation was completed very quickly, thanks to the programming of the system which was done in advance of installation.

Veterinary Practice extends 3CX phone system to branch office Following the successful implementation of the 3CX phone system at the Cheshire office of Lambert Leonard and May, the Farm Vets have implemented the system at their Lancashire practice. This allows free calls between sites, and enables the 2 practices to provide support answering calls for each other.

Park Foster Care benefits from in-place Server Upgrade without any downtime! An ailing DELL Server was replaced today in a Migration Upgrade - this allowed us to migrate the SBS Server from old hardware to a brand new shiny DELL box - with no downtime! The installation was started in office hours - and completed over the weekend. Users returned to work on Monday morning without realising the upgrade had taken place - except for the increased speed!!

Veterinary Practice replaces ailing Siemens Telephone System with 3CX In a fully managed changeover, think about IT have replaced an ailing Siemens phone system for large farm veterinary practice Lambert Leonard and May. The 32 Extension 3CX system was rolled out over a weekend - the staff arrived on Monday unaware that the system had changed - until the phones started ringing. The advanced planning enabled the system to be rolled out quickly and effectively - with no downtime.

It's another save! Data Recovery seems to be becoming a large part of our work these days! We've just saved yet another local company from a catastrophic crash to their Small Business Server. Three days of solid data recovery and rebuilding, and they are back online - with all services restored!!

think about IT to the rescue! We rushed to the aid of a local business today who had reached the end of their tether with their existing support provider. The manufacturing company based at Marshfield Bank in Crewe, had battled for nearly twelve months with their incumbent support provider who were doing little to assist them. The final straw was the complete loss of Email Services, which resulted in orders grinding to a halt. Within 24 hours, we had transferred their existing domains to a new hosting platform, and restored email services into and out of the company.

think about IT undertakes major upgrade for property services company Today saw the completion of a successful server upgrade operation for one of our large property management companies. An old an ailing server was replaced with a new all singing all dancing model. All of the data and exchange information was relocated out of hours - so when the staff returned to work today - nothing appeared to change!

think about IT upgrades Server and PC's with no disruption to service. Using our managed upgrade process, we completed today the upgrade one of our clients complete network infrastructure. Before delivery to site, the data was transferred from archive storage to the new server. The new server and 15 existing PC's were then swapped out over a weekend, to ensure that the staff returned to work on the Monday morning - unaware that any change had taken place! (Apart from a noticable speed increase of course!)
